Our tools integrates with your website via an HTML link or dedicated plugin, allowing you to view users' movements in real-time and access their interaction history.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LetUser.com offers tools that captures comprehensive user interactions on your website. This includes, but is not limited to:

The captured data is segregated by unique user identifiers, enabling you to:

3.2 Integration Process

Integration with our Services is straightforward and involves the following steps:

1. Account Creation: Sign up for an account on LetUser.com.
2. Obtain Script: Access your unique ID from your dashboard.
3. Implementation: Install dedicated module or insert the script tag into the HTML code of your website, typically before the closing </body> tag.

• Data Retention Period: Data is stored for the duration specified in your subscription plan.

• Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the data collected from your website.

3.5 Limitations and Disclaimers

• Browser Compatibility: While we strive for broad compatibility, certain browser limitations may affect data capture.

4. User Obligations

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install the Plugin: Install and use our JavaScript plugin on your website.

7.3 Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify or Derive: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services.
• Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Services.
• Resell or Sublicense: Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Services.

8. Confidentiality

"Confidential Information" refers to all non-public information disclosed by either party that is marked as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

8.2 Obligations of Confidentiality

• Direct Damages Cap: Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We do not guarantee that the data collected will be error-free or that it will meet all of your requirements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetUser.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

• Notice Requirement: You may terminate your subscription in the user dashboard or by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the end of your current billing cycle.
• Method of Termination: Termination requests can be made on the user dashboard or must be submitted in writing to contact@letuser.com.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if:

• Breach of Terms: You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Legal Requirement: We are required to do so by law.
• Non-Payment: You fail to pay any fees owed.

11.3 Effects of Termination

• Cessation of Access: All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
• Data Deletion: We may delete all data associated with your account after a period of 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
• Outstanding Fees: Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

11.4 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
