11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
- Notice Requirement: You may terminate your subscription in the user dashboard or by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the end of your current billing cycle.
- Method of Termination: Termination requests can be made on the user dashboard or must be submitted in writing to contact@letuser.com.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if:
- Breach of Terms: You breach any provision of these Terms.
- Legal Requirement: We are required to do so by law.
- Non-Payment: You fail to pay any fees owed.
11.3 Effects of Termination
- Cessation of Access: All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
- Data Deletion: We may delete all data associated with your account after a period of 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
- Outstanding Fees: Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
